It is hard to believe nobody has written a review on this wonderful brownie mix. I get rave reviews every time I serve them anywhere. No one ever knows they are gluten free and they go so fast. I actually use these to help people to not be afraid of going gluten free. So many people are afraid of what they will have to give up. These not only taste great, but they give people hope that living life gluten free can still be good. I do dress them up a little as I use one cup of semi sweet chocolate chips and 1/2 cup chopped pecans on top and bake them like you say.
