I have not had any cake for 3 years due to gluten and dairy problems. I was very surprised when I baked the golden cake and frosted it with another packaged frosting mix. I thought it tasted like Mum's when I was a little kid but then I thought it is just that I haven't tasted cake for a long time. My husband was eating a piece and said it too reminded him of the cakes Mum used to bake for us from scratch. Thanks for doing a great job for those of us with dietary restrictions!
